We invite you to join us in celebrating the history and culture of the Latinx and Hispanic communities. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Brattle has identified several nonprofit organizations that support the broader Latinx community. By donating to this fund, you will impact charities advocating for community support and immigration rights, funding scholarships for students' college education, and providing services to Latinx and Hispanic families experiencing homelessness. *The composition of nonprofits in this fund is subject to change. Anti-Racism Fund

In light of the shootings in Buffalo, NY, Laguna Woods, CA, and Dallas, TX, this Anti-Racism Fund was created to support organizations Brattle has partnered with for pro bono work as well as other organizations advancing antiracism through research, education, policy, advocacy, and community outreach. These organizations work to dismantle institutional and systemic racism at its core by addressing attitudes and systems that tolerate and perpetuate racism while simultaneously educating the masses on what it means to be an antiracist ally. Additionally, the organizations in this Fund strive to create comprehensive and fundamental societal change in order to achieve racial equity for all. If you have suggestions on organizations to add to this fund, please contact BrightFunds@brattle.net. “In a racist society it is not enough to be non-racist, we must be anti-racist.” — Angela Davis

Pride Month Fund

In the summer of 1969, police raided a gay bar in New York City; the riots that ensued were a major turning point for the fight for gay rights in the United States. Since June 1970, the LGBTQ+ community, along with activists, advocates, and allies have continued to gather together in June to march with Pride. While there are still many obstacles the LGBTQ+ community faces, significant progress has been made over the past few decades. This Pride Month Fund supports organizations that promote the safety and advance the wellbeing of the LGBTQ+ community through advocacy, direct services, health accessibility, education, legal representation, and public policy changes. Through a single donation to the Fund, you can support multiple organizations' initiatives working to ensure acceptance, equity, and justice for all. The composition of nonprofits in this fund is subject to change. Please contact BrightFunds@brattle.net if you are interested in adding a nonprofit to this fund.

Humanitarian Support for Ukraine Fund

Russia’s February 2022 invasion of Ukraine unleashed a devastating humanitarian catastrophe. This war has resulted in thousands of civilian deaths; the destruction of vital infrastructure; millions of besieged people stranded in Ukraine without food, water, or heat; and one of the biggest refugee crises in modern times. Volunteers and humanitarian organizations are working around the clock to deliver essential goods and services to Ukrainians and refugees, and they need our help. Your single donation to this Ukraine Humanitarian Support Fund will support a group of pre-vetted nonprofits committed to providing humanitarian aid to Ukrainians and mobilizing resources to help the most vulnerable during this conflict.

Black History Month Fund

Though its origins date back to the early 20th century, Black History Month was officially established in 1976 under President Gerald Ford, who encouraged Americans to "seize the opportunity to honor the too-often neglected accomplishments of Black Americans in every area of endeavor throughout our history.” The Brattle Group created this Fund with nonprofit organizations that are working diligently to promote economic and social justice for Black Americans and fight racism and intolerance in the United States through activism, advocacy, and/or education. Please note that the composition of nonprofits in this fund is subject to change. As of 2024, several nonprofits which focus on supporting Black artists and arts organizations have been added to this fund.
