Its Summer! This means, the 2025-2026 school year is upon us. For many families, this is a stressful time, especially for youth residing in NE Oklahoma City. Their primary struggles are food and shelter, with school shopping never being an exciting event because for many it never happens. This Summer, we aim to add a little joy to the fears and first day jitters, by providing students with backpacks filled with supplies, at no cost to them. We accomplish this by gathering school supplies such as backpacks, pencils, crayons, notepads and more. This Summer, we are also accepting donations through Bright funds, with all proceeds going directly to the "Sox of Love," and helping to provide school supplies for their upcoming event scheduled; August 16th 2025, 845am-1230pm, at the "Laundry Station Express," located at; 1538 NE 23rd St. Oklahoma City OK.
